Finneytown Local Schools Promotes Long-time Elementary Teacher to Teaching and Learning Coordinator

For 23 years, Troy Edie has been an educator in the Finneytown Local School District. Finneytown Local Schools to Place Bond Levy on November Ballot

Watch the video On Sunday, June 9, 2019, Finneytown Local Schools Board of Education unanimously voted to move forward in the application process with Ohio Facilities Construction Commission and the Expedited Local Partnership Program that would assist the district in designing and building two new school buildings. The board voted this evening, Monday, June 17, 2019, to place a bond levy on the November 2019 ballot that would supply the money for 40% of the cost to construct the schools.

COSI on Wheels Takes Learning at Whitaker Elementary to a New Level

It’s Simply Chemistry! The was the COSI (Center of Science and Industry) on Wheels Outreach Program that students at Whitaker Elementary School experienced in May. The COSI educator presented the Chemistry Program to students in grades 2-5.
