Kindergarten
Thank you for your interest in Finneytown Local School District. We are happy to welcome you and your family to the Finneytown community. Kindergarten enrollment is available online through FinalForms which can be found on our website, finneytown.org. Children must be 5 years old by September 30, 2024, in order to attend kindergarten.
Please choose 2024-2025 school year. Complete Finalforms and upload all required documents into Finalforms. Registration will be considered complete when all forms are signed, and the required documents are uploaded. Please contact District Registrar with any questions you may have, pschnur@finneytown.org.
Required Documents
- Proof of district and boundary school residency (current signed lease, mortgage or deed) and current utility bill such as Duke Energy.
- Valid driver’s license/state ID showing the correct address
- Child’s birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Proof of custody, if applicable
- Current report card or transcript
- To enter kindergarten for fall of 2024, your child must be age 5 on or before September 30, 2024.
