Finneytown Local School District Strengthens Community Partnerships For Student Mental Health

In an effort to provide comprehensive programming and increase access to mental health counseling and supports, Finneytown Local School District is strengthening the bonds with community partners. Last school year, Finneytown Local School District began a partnership with MindPeace, a local organization that coordinates mental health services for educational agencies.

Bullying Awareness

The Council on Child Abuse visited each classroom at the end of September to teach students about bullying awareness and response. Additionally, Student Council President, Violet Kimnach, has been sharing a Bullying Awareness fact per day over morning announcements.
