Finneytown Secondary Campus Phase 2 Improvements Project
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of the Finneytown Local School District at their offices at 8791 Brent Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231, until 2:00 P.M. local time on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project known as the FINNEYTOWN SECONDARY CAMPUS PHASE 2 IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, including:
- Part 1 – PE Building Alterations and Addition
- Part 2 – PAC Alterations and Addition
- Part 3 – New Varsity Softball and Baseball Fields
as set forth in the project documents prepared by Elevar Design Group, 555 Carr Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45203.
Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after closing time for said bids.

The cost of each set of documents shall be paid by each bidder to Key Companies and shall be non-refundable. All prospective bidders shall be a plan holder of record with Key Companies.

Bid Requirements
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
Prevailing wage rates do not apply.
No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening. The Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
Each bid must be submitted in paper form, in a sealed envelope, addressed to:

The outside of the envelope must be plainly marked with the name of the bidder, bidder’s address, name of the project, and bid package(s) being bid on.
