Finneytown students and families are truly grateful to have so many businesses and volunteers willing to provide food and other donations so they have meals. This week, during Spring Break, the Finneytown community came together to provide many meals for our students. Fleming Road UCC and Northminster Church, ECI/Finneytown Oasis (summer camp), and UMC Food Ministry came together to organize, gather, and distribute food to children. In addition, several local businesses donated food to further assist the children and families.

The Whitaker and Secondary Campus libraries are open for business today, Friday, March 13, from 9-11 am and 12-3 p.m. The Secondary Campus Library will also be open all day on Monday, March 16. Students and families are encouraged to stock up on books to read over the home learning time period! These will be the only days the building will be open for the three week period.

Families,Information is constantly changing. As of today, March 12, in response to Governor DeWine’s emergency order and the Ohio Department of Health recommendations to limit social contact. All after-school indoor events have been cancelled until further notice. All sporting events are also cancelled until further notice, but outdoor practices can be held for now. This includes the Middle School Musical on Friday and Saturday this week and the music concerts, Mark Hawkins Basketball fundraiser, and Dr, Seuss night next week.
