Congratulations Track Regional Qualifiers!

Jessica Sanders qualified in the regional tournament for the mile in Track and Field. She will run in Troy on Friday 5/24. The boys 4×100 ( Teon Morris, Kaden Behanen, Johnathan Burlew, Zion Denson, Tyshawn Lewis, Darrion Thomas) qualified in regionals as well and run the prelims on Thursday 5/23 in Piqua, OH. Congratulations to all Track and Field this year! Way to go Wildcats!

Living Wax Museum This Friday – 5/24

The annual 6th Grade Living Wax Museum is THIS FRIDAY from 2:00-2:45 in the cafeteria at Finneytown Secondary Campus! Future Kindergartners Get an Early Look Through Kindergarten Camp

Incoming Kindergartners and their families visited Brent Elementary on Friday, May 4 to preview what a day in Kindergarten might be like. Students and their parents had the opportunity to visit classrooms and meet teachers, ride a school bus, visit the library and listen to a story, visit the music, art, and gym rooms, and meet with Mrs. Gerber as she shared information and expectations. Finneytown Local School District Sixth Grader Scores in Top 10% of PSAT

Cole Kimnach took the PSAT 8/9 as a 6th grade student at Finneytown Local Schools’ Secondary Campus. He had a total score of 1160 which placed him in the 98th percentile. Though he took the test through Duke University Talent Identification Program for 4th through 6th grade students, he was recognized for scoring in the top 10 percent of the PSAT 8/9. Murals Taking Shape on Secondary Campus

Finneytown Secondary Campus students are in the process of creating a new mural that best represents Finneytown Middle and High School students. The mural was designed by a group of art students in Mrs. Althoff’s Mentor Group on Switch Up Fridays. The group collaborated on design, theme, composition and completed research on the design, then they cleaned and primed the surface for the mural.
